We are going to introduce two rides from Saturday March 1st at 9am starting and finishing at Bike Beans and from Friday 28th Feb at 10am, starting and finishing in Horsley.  

These rides will be approx. 2 hours long, with a possible café stop to break it up.

The aims will be:

  • To bring your fitness on
  • Technique, to get you to ride smoothly and efficiently
  • Safety on the road and etiquette riding in a group
  • Analyse your bike set up 
  • How to climb and use your gears
  • Nutrition whilst riding
  • How to read the road ahead
  • Repair any punctures/mechanical failure
  • And show you some of the great Surrey country lanes.

So if you have any goals later this year, Sportives, Ride 100, Rianna’s fund ride etc and want to progress your fitness, ability on the bike or just want enjoy a ride out with other ladies in a safe group and enjoy the surrey lanes this is for you. 

I have ridden and raced for over 25 years and currently run a Spinning studio and along with coaching I do from beginners to experienced riders wanting to progress their fitness and bike craft.

I will assess on the first Saturday the ability level etc. which will determine the route and speed from there. So don’t worry too much that it will be too quick, as it’s not about me on the ride but about all of YOU. I am also a full qualified mechanic so if anything goes wrong out on the ride, I am there to fix and show you  how to repair and offer hints and tips etc.
